Artist Bio
Born out of the 21st-century underground scene, Sizzy Rocket is renowned for her audacious ethos and electrifying hits. Her 2016 viral track "Bestie" - a candid composition blurring the line between friendship and romance - is indicative of her evocative writing style. Acclaimed names such as Blu DeTiger, Noah Cyrus, and Uffie have benefited from Sizzy's songwriting prowess.
Her music has been featured across multiple platforms - from Amazon Prime's "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and Netflix's "Locke & Key" to shows like The L Word, The Irregulars and The Bold Type. Indie films and a Glossier commercial have also showcased her work.
She has shared the stage with several eminent artists including Shamir, Alice Glass, KITTEN, DeathbyRomy, Boyfriend, VĒRITĒ, Lauren Sanderson, GIRLI, and Imagine Dragons. Expanding her audience, she is set to embark on another US tour, supporting Little Miss Nasty for over 20 dates.
In the summer of 2019, Sizzy unleashed her sophomore album, "Grrrl" accompanied by a successful US tour with TV star chloe mk. Her third album 'ANARCHY' stirred a memorable virtual performance art experience, live from an abandoned theme park.
Her 2020 single "Smells Like Sex" scored over 13M streams across platforms, bagged an accolade from Playboy, and was exhibited at Miami Art Week in 2021. Her eclectic mixtape "TOO YOUNG TO DIE", released to her ardent fanbase via text message, brought further triumph with a national headlining tour and support from Troi Irons.
In Live Laugh Love, her fourth album, she collaborated with VINCINT and super producer Fernando Garibay. Sizzy sets the tone for modern pop with her poetic lyrics, DIY ethos, and unique fusion of punk, hip-hop, and electronic music.
This year, Sizzy headlined a national tour with support from collaborator Rossi and performed at West Hollywood's PRIDE festival, marking her "feral club rat era." Applauded by Pride.com, Office Magazine, MTV News, and more, she was named one of PAPER Magazine's "100 Women Revolutionizing Pop Music" and People Magazine's 2023 "Emerging Artists to Watch."
With her continuing evolution, Sizzy Rocket is ushering in a new age of rock stardom.
